Claims for missing hard copies will be met, free of charge, if made within three months of the date of dispatch, if stock is available.
Please note that subscription payments are NOT refundable after the first issue of that year’s subscription has been dispatched.
If you are subscribing in relation to your trade or business, your subscription may be transferred to any qualifying member of your organisation, subject to our approval and their acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you are subscribing in your personal capacity, your subscription is transferable to any named qualifying individual, subject to their acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Description
Subscription to Kkringl includes all issues of Kkringl published during the period of your subscription. The magazine will be sent by post, but no responsibility is accepted for loss or damage once posted. However, please contact us if your copy is damaged or missing and subject to our discretion we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement.
Contract formation
By subscribing to Kkringl you enter a legally binding contract with us. We reserve the right to refuse any application for subscription to any of our services or access to free areas of our websites. We will notify you as soon as possible of any refusal.
